We deliver to British mainland addresses. Unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

Your plants’ safety is our priority. Each plant is carefully wrapped and secured in packaging designed to protect it during transit while allowing proper airflow. We choose packaging materials that protect your plants while keeping environmental impact in mind.

Delivery FAQs

We deliver to British mainland addresses. Due to current Brexit rules we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. Scottish Highlands and AB/DD postcodes may incur a delivery surcharge. For the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands or Channel Islands, please contact our team for a bespoke delivery quote.

Yes — our Premium Delivery option lets you choose a preferred delivery date for a flat £10.99. Select Premium Delivery at checkout and order before 1pm (Monday to Thursday) for next-day delivery, or pick your own nominated day. Standard delivery dates can be changed through your account with a £4 surcharge if switching to a nominated date.

All our standard deliveries are sent ‘No Signature Required’, so you don’t need to be home. Please leave us instructions in the Delivery section of checkout telling us where your plants should be left — but please be reasonable about accessible locations for the courier.

We deliver Monday to Friday. Our Premium Delivery option operates Tuesday to Friday (excluding any Tuesday after a bank holiday). Weekend delivery is not currently offered as a standard service.

Each plant is individually wrapped in protective packaging designed to keep it secure during transit. Our custom boxes allow airflow while preventing movement.
