Detailed Return Policy

Perishable Goods (Plants & Trees)

Plants and trees are classed as perishable goods under UK consumer law and are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period. This means we’re unable to accept plant returns for change of mind. If you’ve ordered too many plants, please contact us within 1 working day of delivery and we’ll advise whether a return is possible.

Damaged or Faulty Plants

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us within 1 working day of delivery with photos. You’re entitled to a full refund including standard delivery costs, and we’ll cover the return cost for damaged plants.

Already Planted

Once plants have been planted, we are unable to accept them as a return. Please be sure of your choice before planting.

Refund Processing

We process refunds within 7 days of receiving your returned goods. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.

Non-Perishable Items

Garden accessories, feeds, fertilisers and other non-perishable items are covered by the standard 14-day cooling-off period. You may change your mind within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility.

Plants and trees are classed as perishable goods under UK consumer law and are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, so we’re unable to accept plant returns for change of mind. We will, however, arrange a full refund or replacement if your plants arrive damaged or faulty. Non-perishable items such as accessories and feeds can be returned within 14 days.

If your return is because of damage or our error, we cover all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns on non-perishable items, return shipping is your responsibility.
