Our guarantee gives you peace of mind on every plant you buy from us. If something goes wrong within 12 months, we’re here to put it right.

How Our Guarantee Works
We guarantee our plants and trees for a full 12 months subject to qualifying conditions. By purchasing Rootgrow plus one other recommended secondary plant feed (either Seaweed Bio-stimulant, Bone Meal, or After Plant) at the time of your plant purchase, and by following our recommended planting guidelines, your plants will be covered under our 12 month plant guarantee.
Under the plant guarantee we will replace like for like or issue a credit for the amount spent on the plants. Delivery charges will apply for replacements. We aim to respond to all claims within 7 days.
What to Include in Your Claim
If you’re looking to replace any failed plants under our guarantee, please provide the following information to help us find the best resolution for you.
Photos of the failed plants
Please include at least 3 images: the failed plants themselves, the surrounding planting area, context shots showing nearby plants, and a close-up of any specific issue.
Planting details
Please let us know how these plants were planted and which feeds (Rootgrow + secondary feed) were used at the time of planting.
Watering regime
Please let us know your watering schedule and any changes to it since the plants were originally planted.
