Simply Plants always supplies high-quality plants, but we know that sometimes plants have a mind of their own. That's why our 12 Month Plant Guarantee comes as standard.
It's our promise to you: if any plants fail within 12 months, we'll replace them or offer a suitable alternative.
How to Qualify for the 12 Month Guarantee
If you'd like to make a claim, please provide the following information so we can find the best resolution for you:
Photos of the failed plants
At least 3 images of the failed plants, including:
- The surrounding planting area
- Context shots showing nearby plants
- A close-up of the plant
Planting details
Details on how the plants were planted, including any feeds or treatments used.
Watering routine
Your watering routine since planting.
We aim to respond to all claims within 7 days.
What Happens Next
Under the guarantee, we will:
- Replace plants like-for-like, where available
- Offer a suitable alternative if not
- Or provide a credit for the value of the plants
Please note: delivery charges will apply for replacement plants.
