Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. The exact payment options available are shown at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the items you’ve ordered and your location. You’ll see the available options and estimated timeframes at checkout, and we’ll email you tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We currently deliver Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery may be available in selected areas — please check at checkout for available options.

Our courier will leave your plants in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible. You can add delivery instructions at checkout. If delivery isn't possible, a redelivery will be arranged.

Watering needs vary by plant type. As a general rule, check the soil moisture before watering — most plants prefer to dry out slightly between waterings. Each plant comes with specific care instructions.

Yellow leaves can be caused by overwatering, underwatering, insufficient light, or natural ageing. Check the soil moisture and ensure your plant is getting the right amount of light. Visit our Care Instructions page for detailed guidance.

Yes. Our Advice section has planting guides, care instructions, and seasonal tips. You can also contact our team if you have specific questions about caring for your plants.

Plants are classed as perishable goods under UK law and are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, so we’re unable to accept plant returns for change of mind. If your plants arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 1 working day of delivery and we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement. Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us within 1 working day of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a full refund including standard delivery costs, and we’ll cover the return cost for damaged plants.

We process refunds within 7 days of receiving your returned goods. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full card details. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment provider.

Gift card availability and terms will be confirmed closer to launch. Please check our gift cards page or contact our team for current options.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. However, discount codes can be used alongside gift cards.
